Focus of lab: Understand the genomic wiring of response and resistance to immunotherapy through integrative genomic, transcriptomic, single-cell, and liquid biopsy analyses of tumor and immune evolution.Responsibilities : • Process whole blood samples of cancer patients to :1). Isolate Peripheral Blood Mononuclear cells (PBMCs)2). Isolate Plasma and Buffy Coat layers3). Store freshly isolated PBMCs via CTL-Cryo ABC serum-free freezing and AB serum/DMEM media freezing protocols.4). Collect, transport, and resection tissue of cancer patients undergoing surgery.5). Monitor inventory levels and order supplies and reagents.6). Maintain OpenSpecimen (Johns Hopkins University-sponsored database for clinical samples)
