To Design Truck\'s & Industrial automation valves -Pneumatic Valve Spool valves, solenoid valves, Proportional Valves. Designing New Valves Product\'s prototype & Various sample\'s models before Releasing into Production & performing required calculation like tolerance stack, sealing design calculation, also Performs DFMEA. Working on various components of Casting, sheet metal & plastic, which is created in CREO CAD software & data is stored in PDM (Wind-chill), SAP & PLM System. Partnered with cross-functional teams (sales, quality, production) to ensure smooth execution. CAD skills Autocad, SolidWorks & Creo for designing Valves. Timely submission & checking of GA drawings, Top level Product drawings & other specifications for the approval from the customer. Ensured compliance with ASME, ASTM, ISO standards and internal audit requirements. Impact: Improved design turnaround time, enhanced product standardization, and supported global NPD deliveries
