Solution Ownership: Maintain end‑to‑end accountability for the solution scope, including hardware, software, third‑party components, patches, and interfaces.• Lifecycle Management: Oversee sizing, expansions, and environment planning (POC, development, load‑test, pre‑prod, production).• Pre‑Sales Engagement: Collaborate with domain owners to define project phasing and milestones. Work with customer stakeholders to capture objectives, requirements, and establish credibility for Nokia’s solutions. Draft Market Services elements of SOWs, ensuring scope completeness and alignment with commitments. Support bid defense activities and sign off on bid documents, scope, LOA, and change requests.• Delivery Planning: Partner with the Project Manager to develop technical plans, define phases, criteria, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Evaluate technical impacts of change requests with a focus on simplification and financial effectiveness.• Analysis & Design: Lead a small team to produce solution requirements, architecture, high‑level design, integration plans, and validation strategies.• Implementation Leadership: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex interoperability issues, oversee testing, and act as the escalation point for technical problems.• Customer Relationship: Build trust with senior customer technical teams, acting as a “trusted advisor” and ensuring transparency in technical decisions.• Handover to Operations & CARE: Own the technical handover plan, support due diligence, and secure sign‑off for project release to operations and care teams.
