Own and lead end-to-end presales and bid management activities supporting global sales initiativesacross multiple regions and time zones. Manage multi-regional RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs (RFX) with full accountability for the bid lifecycle — fromqualification, Go/No-Go reviews, and stakeholder coordination to final submission and post-bidanalysis. Collaborate with sales, legal, operations, procurement, and subject matter experts to drive thecreation of high-quality, compliant, and client-aligned proposal documents and pitch decks. Coordinate contract documentation including MSAs, NDAs, and DDQs, ensuring timely execution inpartnership with legal and client teams. Facilitate strategic bid planning sessions, ensuring win themes, value propositions, and competitivedifferentiators are clearly communicated. Lead centralized content management — maintaining up-to-date proposal repositories, templates,sales decks, and reusable assets to enhance efficiency and consistency. Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to support positioning, sales strategy,and opportunity mapping. Drive proactive lead generation through structured research, outreach, and collaboration withbusiness development teams. Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes, including documentation management,risk assessments, and compliance approvals. Act as a key liaison for global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and seamlesscommunication throughout the presales and sales support cycle. Apply Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline workflows, automaterepetitive tasks, and improve quality and speed of delivery. Continuously optimize pre-sales processes, tools, and content by gathering feedback, trackingperformance, and implementing enhancements. Ensure all client-facing materials adhere to internal quality standards and external regulatoryrequirements across geographies.
