   Working in the Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP), where advertisers create and manage Video and Display creatives that run across Amazon-owned properties and external inventory via Amazon Ad Exchange. I lead cross-functional projects that directly impact creative scalability, self-serve APIs, advertiser experience, and revenue growth.• Led the consolidation and launch of the Third-Party Display (3PD) creative template, managing a team of 3 engineers across rendering, moderation, and UI. Authored the HLD, drove cross-team alignment, and handled all planning, execution, and unblockers. This eliminated the need for separate mobile/desktop creatives and generated $1M+ in first-month revenue, with $86M/year potential via Mobile O&O delivery.• Designed and built creative templates from scratch, integrating with rendering pipelines, Public APIs, moderation, and dashboards. These creatives are now actively used in advertiser campaigns and served through Amazon Ad Exchange.• Delivered core Creative Public APIs (/requirements,/list) used by advertisers and integration partners to programmatically manage and retrieve creatives. Improved developer experience by enabling filtering, pagination, and schema clarity.• Spearheaded full-stack REC Size-Level Reporting, collaborating with MADS to deliver backend APIs and Tropical UI charting that provide advertisers granular insights across ASINs, sizes, and formats.• Authored onboarding SOPs and led the successful integration of multiple third-party ad servers (3PAS) to the 3PD template, ensuring scale and operational readiness.• Identified and fixed a missed allowlist that caused broken moderation and association metadata in Public API.
