Customer-Centric Optimization of a RAG-based Agentic Infrastructure for Legal Applications Software Architecture: Building, improving and evaluating use-case-specific agents (legal research, case research, document generation.), as well as optimizing an architecture for multi-agent collaboration, prompt routing and orchestration. Conceptualizing and deploying an efficient and scalable environment for executing these agents that is model-agnostic and allows easy customization and extension. Optimizing search through multiple data sources: Developing, implementing and testing strategies to provide answers by using multiple different data-sources in one user interface. Those include: Case Documents, Legal Content (Court Decisions, Laws, Comments), Internet, Tenant-Scoped Knowledge Bases, Reference Files and Templates. By combining specialized agents, intelligent prompt routing and RAG optimization techniques (reranking, optimized chunking, hierarchic search), the goal is to provide an answer for a user prompt by combining results from the different data sources. Automatic and Continuous improvement of RAG results. Monitoring user behavior and deducing generic and tenant-specific rules, guides and templates from the usage. Building a search index for on-the-fly adjustment to user-behavior and adaptive prompt responses. Evaluating the feasibility, cost and performance of different kinds of specialization of the agents, e.g. prompt based, RAG based, finetuning, LoRa, etc.(if time permits) Evaluation of the results: Devising and executing strategies to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from the usage and user feedback. Evaluating results based on user-submitted data, surveys and other metrics (hallucination, speed, LLM-as-a-judge). Conceptualizing improvements for these metrics.

I am passionate about AI and have consistently directed my career towards mastering this field. Starting as a QA Automation Engineer at TCS, I automated websites using Selenium. My journey continued at CodeYoung, where I taught Python, web development, and basic Data Science and Machine Learning concepts to students globally.Currently, I\'m pursuing a master\'s in AI Engineering of Autonomous Systems. Recently, I developed an NLP model in hackathon that analyzes CVs to recommend top companies and offers insights into applicant profiles. Additionally, I built a neural network model to predict handwritten numbers from images, delving deep into neural networks and image processing.One of my proudest achievements is winning second place in a national hackathon in India, where I created a computer vision solution to control mouse movement through eye tracking. This project underscored my ability to apply AI in innovative ways.I am dedicated to expanding my expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.
