To complement my academic qualifications, I successfully completed an internship as an Operator in the MLB Division, where I gained hands-on industry experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Mother Logic Board (MLB) assembly, testing, and inspection, particularly for high-end electronics such as iPhones.During my internship, I was trained in:ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocolsSolder paste printing and reflow soldering techniquesComponent placement using NPM machinesAutomated Optical Inspection (AOI)Functional testing and quality inspection of PCBsI also participated in On-the-Job Training (OJT) certification programs, carried out daily maintenance, and worked in the Rolex project line, gaining insights into real-time production environments.Beyond technical skills, I developed strong soft skills in problem-solving, team collaboration, and technical documentation/report writing. My exposure to sustainable practices within the manufacturing process deepened my understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially those focusing on energy efficiency and circular economy initiatives.I am now seeking a fresher-level opportunity where I can apply my technical knowledge, internship experience, and drive for innovation to contribute meaningfully to a forward-thinking organization.
