My career encompasses classic experience in legal, compliance, ethics & integrity programs, intellectual property portfolio management, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting.Throughout my 17-year career, I have had the opportunity to set up legal processes, manage great teams, build ethics and compliance programs, draft policies, conduct internal investigations, review and draft critical contracts, and implement compliance tools for organizations. I have designed and implemented strategies for IP prosecution, brand protection, supply chain investigations, IP enforcement actions, anti-counterfeiting programs, and border seizures. My professional journey blends legal, compliance, and IP as the main areas of my career.Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Intellectual Property Law with a special focus on the efficacy of IP laws in India.
