Provide input to the service improvement plan where issues are identified through root cause analysis. Incident & Problem Management Area: Provides end-to-end ownership of and adherence to the incident management process. Manage the major incident cases and restores normal service as quickly as possible and minimizes the adverse impact on business operations.
