As a C-suite executive, I\'ve had the privilege of working with marquee manufacturing sector clients across 19 countries.PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, ADVISORY CONSULTING:My journey has been a relentless pursuit of excellence, evident in achievements such as building a 750+ FTEs organization, with a remarkable 35% GP end to end (including 70+% GP Offshore), and successfully landing deals up to $30M TCV. I built advisory services and consulted to CXOs of large enterprise and focused more on solving their problems at the core than just delivering “as-asked” commodity services.AI + ML:Working with early stage, stealth startups on using AI, ML to solve manuf probs in Supply Chain, AEC (Arch, Engg, Const), part traceability.PROD MGMT:I have also built remarkable technologies that are used by companies globally. Technologies like FactoryCAD® (world’s first smart 3D Factory design software), FactoryFLOW® (material flow analysis of factories), In Context Editor (factory design management in Teamcenter®), and Factory Integrated Resource Management (asset management in Teamcenter®). I wrote the SDX (Simulation Data Exchange) protocol to integrate layout design and discrete event simulation. SDX was adopted by the NIST organization as part of a larger standards development effort.CIO/IT:During my years as a CIO, we delivered a state of the art cyber security framework where we benchmarked and implemented SOC (QRadar), NextGen Firewall (Palo Alto), EDR (TrendMicro, CrowdStrike), DLP, network segregation and DMZ, MDM, NAC, and several other technologies. Delivered in a record 24 months.OTHER:On-prem setup to hybrid cloud setup with AWS and Azure. Implemented a complete Order-to-Cash straight-through process.
