Underwent an Internship and made an Industrial Quality Project on Lean Management. I used various QC tools like Control Chart, Cause and effect diagram, Pareto Chart, Histogram in finding and eliminating the Lean Wastes (mainly defects) occurred during the manufacturing of automotive components. Also used Value Stream Mapping of components to reduce and calculated Lead Time of manufactured components.
