Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for residential, commercial, and specialty structures, assuming full professional responsibility for structural design, code compliance, coordination, and the preparation of signed and sealed construction documents in accordance with the Florida Building Code, IBC, and applicable design standards (ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, TMS).2. Lead and manage the entire structural design lifecycle, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, ensuring technical accuracy, constructability, and timely project delivery.3. Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, truss designers, and building officials to resolve complex design challenges, respond to plan review comments, and support permitting and construction activities.5. Conduct site observations, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings and delegated designs, and provide engineering judgment during construction to ensure the project is built in accordance with the intent of the approved structural documents and governing codes.
