ABOUT SHRAVANKUMAR HIREMATH

I grew up in Annigeri, a town in North Karnataka. Then I lived in Bellary for three years, which has dry and hot weather. After that, I went to Mangalore for my engineering studies, which is a humid, coastal city. I have a strong desi inclination when it comes to traveling, exploring new things, and embracing traditional lifestyles. From a young age, people always said that I would become an engineer because of my resourceful approach to problem-solving. After finishing high school, I took a shortcut and pursued a diploma in engineering due to my unwavering passion for math. As a Mechanical Engineer, I turned down all IT jobs to work in the Aerospace Industry as a Quality Engineer, where I implemented quality plans and collaborated with third-party inspection agencies (MSQAA, AEQUS). and worked on prestigious projects such as BrahMos aerospace, HAL all units, Boeing, RR, and Defense manufacturing companies. Then COVID made me recognize another of my best skills: sales! However, I don\'t like selling myself. I have been working in sales for more than two years, consistently exceeding expectations. I was able to grasp client behavior towards any product and learned skills such as negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, self-improvement, rapport building, understanding customer requirements, storytelling, critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration. In addition, I am learning data analysis tools to implement a data-driven approach to all decision-making. My journey has always been flexible, changing from various conditions to various job areas and teams. I am always eager to learn new things and give my all to every task I am assigned. I don\'t like assertive people. If you are nice, then whatever extra mile it takes to get there, I will help you reach it.
