With over 16 years in Software Engineering and 6+ years as an Engineering Leader overseeing globally distributed teams, I started on my career journey as a full-stack engineer. I oversee multiple infrastructure projects aimed at facilitating the migration of the OnPrem call center to the AWS Connect platform, ensuring seamless transitions and operational efficiency. Lead the placement engine team to support GECIO’s new vision to rebuild the cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes platform leveraging hybrid cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, and Bare metal Servers).
