About Shravani Mhetre
Passionate about fostering thriving communities and driving innovation, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute as an Event and Community Manager at Bluelearn—an inspiring student community focused on skill-building and entrepreneurship. Joining the team during its early days with around 25 members and a community of I played a role in its growth to over members. Throughout my journey, I had the privilege of organizing 80+ engaging events, including guest lectures, workshops, live Q&A sessions, hackathons, quizzes, and gaming tournaments, alongside 30+ virtual meetups. From planning and scheduling to event promotion and outreach, I aimed to create exceptional experiences for our vibrant community. My responsibilities extended to community management, driving engagement, and exploring innovative solutions to bridge gaps in formal education. It has been a humbling experience to be a part of such a dynamic team and contribute to our collective growth. As a core team member, I had the privilege of collaborating with Tech, Design, Operations, and Product Teams, allowing me to gain invaluable exposure to diverse perspectives. I have developed expertise in various areas, including community partnerships, recruiting moderators, analyzing statistics and gathering feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. It has been a rewarding experience to contribute my skills to support the growth and success of our dynamic community. Additionally, I\'ve served as Curation Head at Vishwaconclave, where I meticulously researched and handpicked speakers from various domains to cater to our target audience—primarily engineering and college students. Moreover, my role as a Multimedia Coordinator at EPEC Pune allowed me to unleash my creative prowess, crafting compelling graphic designs for social media, posters, flyers, and other branding materials. As I embark on my journey, I am eager to connect with like-minded individuals and new-age startups, sharing insights, and contributing to impactful projects.
