I love the whole process of building successful software products and bringing their features to life. I am passionate and have a keen interest in solving complex problems with data and finding insights that can improve business outcomes and customer satisfaction through human collaboration.I started my career as a Business Analyst right out of university 7 years ago and the things that I love about it are- Communicating with the users and customers about their requirements- Discussing the collected requirements and collaborating with different members of my team to plan a strategy to fulfill them- Assisting the developers with everything they need to give birth to the product- Testing the new features like a child getting their hands on a new toy for the first time- Once everything is ready, putting it in the hands of the users and seeing how their lives are made easier because of all the work we put inHappy customers help the business to grow making it a win-win for everyoneOver the years, my role is an amalgamation of Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Data Analyst and Quality Assurance Tester.I also love all things related to data science and analytics. I spend my spare time learning new technologies and tools for data collection, manipulation, visualization, and modeling using Machine Learning and AI
