As a Product Engineer at Proficio Geo Technologies, I contributed to the development and enhancement of Commute, a B2B SaaS-based employee transport application designed to streamline corporate mobility operations.My responsibilities spanned across multiple domains: Cross-functional collaboration: Worked closely with development (Angular, NestJS, SQL Server), design (Figma, Canva, Lightroom), testing, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product features in an agile environment. Product development: Actively involved in product lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, prototyping, and feature rollouts tailored to enterprise clients. UI/UX contributions: Coordinated with design teams to improve app usability and aesthetics based on client feedback and market trends. Data analytics & insights: Leveraged Power BI, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint to analyze user behavior, operational metrics, and emerging market patterns—driving informed product decisions and future roadmap planning.Through this role, I developed a holistic view of SaaS product engineering, combining hands-on technical work with strategic thinking and a customer-first mindset.
