Throughout my professional journey, I\'ve cultivated an investment approach anchored in the core principles of compounding i.e. small wins lead to incremental success. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, I thrive on identifying \'undiscovered\' opportunities, through identifying strong franchises known for their stability, enduring brand value and strong pricing power. In only 2 years, we have generated significant returns growing our clients’ wealth. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience working with esteemed financial service organisations, where my investing strategies consistently achieved an impressive CAGR. Additionally, Asiamoney recognised me consecutively among the top small-cap analysts in 2015, 2018 and 2019. Throughout my journey, my acumen has collectively propelled me to identify strong growth gems in India with a journey from being small caps (USD 200-300mn market cap) compounded and grown to be mid-cap and larger mid-caps (USD 2-3bn market cap). Outside of work, I have a keen interest in finance literature like ‘Value Investing’ and social psychology books such as ‘Outliers’ along with educating children about financial concepts.
