As a Product Manager 2 for Azure Migrate, my role has expanded to encompass a broader range of responsibilities and a deeper level of strategic thinking. In this role, I am responsible for leading the product strategy for Azure Migrate. My key accomplishment has been the release of Azure Migrate Export, which helps our partners, sellers and field use the output of Azure Migrate to prepare a business case for Azure in just a few clicks. This helped accelerate adoption. In addition to my previous responsibilities, I am now tasked with identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion (such as building application-centric workflows including database discovery and assessment). This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our product remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of our customers. Overall, I am focused on driving the continued success of the product and the organization as a whole, through strategic planning, effective team management, and a deep understanding of our customers and the market.
