   I lead Sodexo’s global strategy-to-execution system, shaping how the organisation plans, prioritises, executes and tracks strategic initiatives across 45 countries, sites and contributors. My role ensures that enterprise strategy is translated into clear pathways, aligned through Business Planning, resourced effectively and delivered with discipline and measurable impact.I design and operate the Global Transformation Operating Model, integrating strategy, prioritisation, execution governance, KPI measurement and performance insights. This includes defining decision rights, establishing the global operating rhythm, structuring SteerCo governance and enabling cross-regional alignment for executive decision-making.I lead the Global Demand–Supply Prioritisation Engine, helping leadership sequence and resource initiatives based on value, capacity, risks and interdependencies. I oversee execution performance across all global initiatives, ensuring visibility into milestones, benefits, risks and alignment with Group KPIs.I also own the global Performance & Insights ecosystem, standardising KPI logic, dashboards, reporting structures and automated workflows. I integrate intelligent automation and early AI-enabled insights to improve transparency, accuracy and the speed of strategic decision cycles.A key part of my mandate is capability building. I established the global Transformation Capability Hub in Mumbai, transitioning roles from other regions to India to enhance scale, speed and cost efficiency. I lead a multidisciplinary global team across solution architecture, systems, program design, training and communication.My focus is to strengthen alignment, accountability and execution maturity—giving leadership the frameworks and insights needed to deliver strategy at a global scale.
