My journey into the world of user experience began with a curiosity to find the sweet spot where creativity, human connection, and problem-solving intersect.Wearing various hats along the way, I started out as a UX Researcher. Then I realized how user insights can be leveraged through research. My hunger to best use my knowledge and skills led me to Product Design.I possess a profound interest in art, human psychology, and embracing fresh perspectives.On a regular basis, I immerse myself in nature walks and meeting my four-legged furry friends :)

PharmEasy – India’s leading health-tech platform with 25M+ active users.• Started in the B2C space (PharmEasy) and later transitioned to B2B (Thyrocare).• Currently working at Thyrocare, India’s first IT-enabled diagnostics lab, designing for the franchise platform ThyroNxt.• Led key projects like Home Collections (for franchise owners) and Trust Markers (for pregnant women), driving safety and ~₹1.5 crore in projected revenue.• Leveraging my research expertise, I majorly handled research projects in B2C to conduct usability studies, benchmark competition, and gather user insights through direct conversations.• Designed end-to-end solutions, developed UI components, and collaborated with design leads to deliver optimal outcomes.• Collaborated with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to ensure smooth handoffs and integrate feedback seamlessly.
