About Shraddha Patel
Product manager with 6+ years of experience solving user acquisition, retention, and experience problems through web and mobile apps across healthcare, IoT, and Hospitality domains. As much as I love building products, I also enjoy measuring their impact on the real world. 3 years ago, when I embarked on my product journey at an early-stage healthcare startup, I never imagined that I would develop such a passion for problem-solving. The journey has been challenging, but the satisfaction of creating something meaningful kept me going every day. I also enjoyed my earlier roles in sales and recruitment as both gave me different insights into how to build a great team and how to focus on problems more than solutions. In the past 6 years, I gained good command over cross-functional team management, market research, competitor analysis, UAT testing, wireframing, and sales. As a solo traveler and trekker, I have encountered numerous situations where I felt uncomfortable, conscious, fearful, defensive, and low on confidence. However, as I continued on my journey, overcoming these difficulties has helped me become more confident and robust when dealing with more complicated problems. In my spare time, I love to read books on human psychology or write about my travel encounters.
