I am working on the background verification for North America, Europe, APAC region- Working on background verification 23 countries for the client- Case creation and BGC status updation of candidate on portal consistently within the TAT- Overseeing the vendor portal for data assessment- Vendor report assessment of the candidate accurately- Minimize manual efforts and errors, allowing process to focus on strategic initiatives- Closing the case with quality, accuracy and timely delivery- Query resolution of the candidate- Communicating with different stakeholders for transparency- Report creation for all regions- Mailbox handling for all regions- Conducting the weekly team meets- Maintaining the trackers for data analysis- Managing administrative tasks, processing sensitive information and assisting in process enhancement.
