Oversaw maintenance of fire tenders worth INR 25 L to enable safe aircraft operations inclusive of but not limited to regular inspections, equipment checks and training of firefighting personnel. Regulated recurring drills in coordination with the Airports Authority of India to build a self-sustained and a trained operations response team of 20 members. Led IN team for E2E planning and Provisioning of aviation infrastructure worth Rs.500 Cr managing entire procurement lifecycle (RFP formulation, vendor selection and bid evaluation processes) thereby ensuring optimal operational preparedness.
