   To ensure approved design drawings are sent to Architect for preparation of plans for municipal approval and coordinate with Architect for the same. • To ensure working drawings are received from various Consultants like Architects/ Structural engineer/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Firefighting/ Landscape and handover the same to Utility department• To ensure all drawings required for Construction (GFC) to be obtained from Consultants and sent to Project Department• To ensure all materials samples specimen to be sent to Project and Purchase Departments.• To ensure Plan / Area / Perspective / List of Amenities given to Marketing Department for printing of Brochures• To ensure material samples are approval from Management• To ensure bill checking is done of the department and payment are made on a periodic basis.To ensure appointment of consultants on a periodic basis• To ensure Concepts designs are obtained from Architects• To collect report from site for stage wise completion for payment of consultant bills• To ensure the building models made as per management instructions• To ensure brochure details are obtained and shared with the marketing department for brochure preparation• To ensure details of built-up & carpet area ratios from Architect is obtained and shared with the marketing department• Coordinate with Architect & get perspective made for brochure• To discuss with the management and implement policy or process of the team as approved by management on periodic basis.• To resolve any inter departmental coordination issue with any other departmentIf required and as per the instruction of management, organize consultant meeting with the management.
