I am actively pursuing a career in actuarial science, driven by a strong passion for mathematics and data-driven decision-making. My professional experience includes pricing group health and group accident insurance policies, where I’ve developed a keen eye for analyzing claims data, assessing risk, and making informed pricing decisions that balance competitiveness with profitability.In addition to my pricing work, I am involved in Solvency II projects—a regulatory framework that ensures insurance companies hold enough capital to reduce the risk of insolvency. My role includes assessing various risk exposures, modeling future liabilities, and calculating the Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) to ensure compliance and financial resilience using the Standard formula model. These experiences have not only enhanced my technical skills in actuarial modeling and data analysis but also deepened my understanding of regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.Outside of work, I enjoy dancing and unwinding with a good Netflix binge. I believe in maintaining a balance between professional growth and personal passions, which helps fuel my creativity and drive.
