During my internship at Healing Hands Clinic, I gained hands-on experience across core HR functions, contributing significantly to the clinic’s human resources operations. My key responsibilities included:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles—sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final selections.Assisting in the preparation and processing of basic payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for staff.Maintaining employee records and handling essential HR documentation in compliance with internal and legal standards.Reviewing and contributing to the development and revision of HR policies to align with best practices and clinic requirements.Working on the implementation and compliance aspects of the Minimum Wages Act, supporting fair labor practices.Organizing and participating in employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, strengthen workplace culture, and improve retention.This internship helped me strengthen my knowledge of HR operations and employment law, as well as sharpen my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
