I support and ensure high quality interventions and its scale-up for improvement in schools and student learning outcomes through enhanced teaching learning practices, better quality of leadership and school governance in four states (Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh). Collaboration with state level academic and training institutions, key state and district level officials, subject experts, deep engagement with other partners in the states and contribution to organizational strategy are critical aspects of my role. My responsibilities include planning and managing programme implementation, supporting resource development, designing and co-facilitating trainings for government teachers and officials, quality assurance of the programmes and providing oversight and guidance to the team for smooth programme delivery.
