Collaboration with state level academic and training institutions, key state and district level officials, subject experts, deep engagement with other partners in the states and contribution to organizational strategy are critical aspects of my role. My responsibilities include planning and managing programme implementation, supporting resource development, designing and co-facilitating trainings for government teachers and officials, quality assurance of the programmes and providing oversight and guidance to the team for smooth programme delivery.
