As a Junior Data Scientist at RisKey, I applied my skills in signal processing, data analysis, and machine learning to help the company provide data-driven solutions for risk management and assessment. I am responsible for developing data strategies, collecting and cleaning data, validating data, crafting impactful visualizations, and producing insightful reports.My passion for data science stems from my academic background in geophysics, where I learned how to apply mathematical and computational techniques to understand and solve complex problems. I graduated with a Master of Science degree in Geophysics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in 2023, where I completed a coursework on Deep Learning and also a course on C++. I also hold a Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera, where I learned everything from Python to SQL, Tableau to plotly, machine learning to business analytics.I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals and experts in any business. I believe that data science can make a positive impact on various domains and industries, and I aspire to contribute to this impact through my work and projects. I am looking for opportunities to grow as a data scientist, and to apply my knowledge and skills to challenging and meaningful problems.
