Conduct monitoring activities and maintain precise reports and records, such as GMP records andtemperature logs.• Engage in quality control activities, including intake, WIP, and finished product inspections.• Perform pre- and post-operation, as well as sanitation monitoring, of the food processing environment andequipment.• Provide FSQA training to both new and existing associates.• Carry out environmental monitoring and equipment calibration verification, including environmental samplingand ATP swabbing.• Create tickets for escalations related to product non-conformances.• Collaborate with the Quality & Technical team to conduct sensory and microbiological shelf-life studies.
