I began my professional career with one of the leading companies in India, Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited, where I joined as a Management Trainee in March 2020. During my tenure as a Management Trainee, I gained comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the glass industry, including sales operations, market analysis, customer handling, and product knowledge. In recognition of my performance, dedication, and consistent contribution to the organization, I was promoted to the position of Marketing Executive with effect from 1st August 2021.Currently, I am working as a Area Manager, where my key responsibilities include maintaining and expanding the market share of assigned products through strategic market planning, effective product promotion, and professional sales presentations. I am also responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of maximum profitable business growth for the company.With several years of total professional experience, I have developed strong skills in marketing strategy, sales management, customer relationship management, and business development, enabling me to contribute effectively to the organization’s long-term growth and success.
