As a Project Consultant under the DMF-PMU (Korba), Chhattisgarh, I support the district administration in implementing Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana and strategizing development interventions in mining-affected areas.• Conducted extensive field analysis in 782 mining-affected villages (564 direct, 218 indirect) to identify critical gaps across key sectors.• Led the development of 28 DPRs aligned with community needs in Agriculture, Health, Nutrition, Education, Livelihood, Sanitation, and Environment etc.• Designed and prioritized projects based on sectoral guidelines, ensuring alignment with mandates and community aspirations.• Spearheaded Annual Action Plan (AAP) 2025–26 through inter-departmental convergence, mobilizing support across line departments.• Oversaw surveying, planning, and ongoing monitoring of DMF-funded projects to ensure timely execution, transparency, and impact evaluation.These efforts aim to bridge developmental disparities in resource-rich but underserved regions by leveraging DMF as a catalytic fund for long-term transformation.
