Managed the entire sourcing and vendor selection process, including conducting RFIs and RFPs, evaluatingproposals, and selecting transportation suppliers. Managed pre- and post-award contract processes, including change orders, renewals, and ensuringcontracts were up to date. Conducted monthly performance reviews based on stakeholder feedback. 100% use of the digital tool- Oracle for RFQ, MDM and analysis in the procurement process and exceptionfor non-feasible items to be well documented as per approved tools. Fleet deployment and vendor management for the critical segment to avoid Ground rent at terminal forCFS and FTWZ business while also ITV deployment inside terminals.
