PLANNING MANGEMENT: Prepare Project Execution Plan, Responsibility Matrix.Preparation of baseline program(timeline) – overall Master Schedule considering detailed pre‐construction, construction and post‐construction activities like. ‣ Design drawing delivery schedule for each discipline in consultation with Client. ‣ Identifying the long‐lead materials and equipment and incorporate its procurement dates. Review Micro Schedules, Weekly/Fortnightly Look ahead schedules, plan for material procurement, labor deployment and other resource deployment. Preparation of MIS report and projecting presentations to client. COST MANAGEMENTPreparation of Construction Budget for the packages which are not awarded yet on the basis of project timeline and likely procurement strategy.Progressive elaboration of Construction Budget commensurate to award of various work packages.Generation of Construction cost report (every 3 month) based on the work status and input from Client regarding cost incurred for construction materials/ equipment procured by Client.PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT:Finalize mode of tendering procedure (viz. RFP or selection within known contacts, number of contractors to be invited for bidding etc.) based on importance of various work packages and its budget.Delineating scope for various work packages w.r.t. logistics support, P&M, engineering staff, scope of buying materials, technical support, documentation, maintaining timelines etc. Preparation of standard GCC and project specific SCC.Preparation of techno‐commercial comparative of received bids & to participate in Commercial Negotiation meetings happening between Client and Bidders. POST-CONSTRUCTION PROCESS MANAGENT:Collation of all techno‐commercial documents and handover the same to Client.Management of testing & commissioning which shall be executed by respective trade package contractors and witnessed by MEP Design Consultant and Facility Management Team.
