   One of Area Tech Leads in Core Infra org (~400 people). I have two major focuses:1. Co-found and Lead the \"Repair Engine\" initiative, to automatically detect, diagnose, and mitigate production incidents across the whole Uber fleet.The first milestone (launched on 05/2025) has increased Uber\'s bad host incident catch rate from 20% to 97%(prevented ~300 bad host incidents per month). The second milestone (launched on 02/2026) has increased bad release catch rate by 4x.I co-found and have been driving this project e2e: I set the vision & strategy, prototyped to verify feasibility and clarify ambiguity, secured funding from our SVP, planned the milestone & prioritized, designed the architecture, and have been leading its execution.2.
