ABOUT SHONAGH PRIMROSE

I am a commercial COO and Operating Partner who works alongside Founders and CEOs to turn ambition into execution. I\'ve spent my career helping ambitious businesses turn ideas into reality, shaping strategy, building operating models and leading teams to deliver, from early stage ventures to FTSE100 organisations. Much of my work is focused around the next stage of growth: entering new markets, launching new ventures or scaling businesses whilst maintaining commercial discipline. My background combines the rigour of large international businesses with hands-on experience in smaller, high-growth operations. I tend to work where complexity is high and the path forward isn\'t obvious, bringing clarity, structure and momentum. Across my career I have- Operated in high growth, investor-backed businesses delivering sustained year-on-year growth - Built operating and commercial models for start-up and scale-up businesses - Led international expansion across Europe, US and Asia Pacific, building and leading global teams- Worked alongside Founders and CEOs to translate strategy into clear plans and execution- Bought structure and operating rhythm to organisations navigating growthNot afraid of a challenge, I sailed around the world as part of the Global Challenge yacht race, an experience that taught me so much about resilience, teamwork and leadership. I now sit on the board of UKSA, the maritime youth charity, which continues my connection to the sea and its potential for life changing experiences.
