I’m Shomya Shukla, MBA (Marketing) from Jaypee Business School, Noida. After taking the flavor of Branding, Marketing, Events, Core Sales and now in the domain of Human Resource I started gaining experience as a Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator along with being HR Trainer by being able to proficiently communicate the vision to the team and be Passionate Team Leader which gives me an edge over all the HR managers-to-be. Yes, I’m a leader who drives to optimize individual, team and organizational performance in complex, global organizations. An action-oriented and result driven HR experience (till date): End to End Recruitment, Coordinating for rounds, Onboarding, Training, Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Relationship Building My co-workers find me to be a stellar employee! How? Paying attention to detail and follow-up skills, work never seems faze when things are hectic. I enjoy promoting positive and upbeat attitude at work with fine professionalism, calmness, being a patient listener and providing genuine care that makes me ad hoc office therapist. Keeping an optimistic approach and being a solution finder is something what makes me one of most cheerful employee an office could possibly have. In less time, I learnt the ability to connect personally and sincerely with co-workers/candidates with lifted morale more than all free coffee and breakfasts ever could.
