I’m a 26-year-old native of Kolkata who finds balance between high-energy physical training and the strategic depth of gaming. I spent two years at Unilever learning the ropes of FMCG, followed by a high-intensity chapter at Amazon. Managing HR in those sectors taught me one thing: agility is everything. You have to be quick on your feet, but you can’t lose the \"human\" in Human Resources.What I’m doing now:After some time away, I’ve returned to my roots in Kolkata. I’m currently an HR Executive at Shree Bhagwati Industries, where we partner with industry giants like Crompton, Polycab, and Orient. I focus on streamlining operations, optimizing the employee lifecycle, and making sure our HR processes are as efficient as the products we help build.What drives me:I’m a big believer in the \"Empower, Engage, Innovate\" mantra. To me, that means:Empowering the workforce with the right tools.Engaging with people authentically Innovating by using tech to solve those old-school HR headaches.The Personal Side:When I’m not navigating spreadsheets or employee relations, I’m likely out gaming (Elder Scrolls fan), or keeping up with my fitness training.
