The views and opinions I publish are my own.I am an experienced business transformation leader, with a rich cross industry experience spanning Energy, BFSI, Telecom, Technology, HR Consulting & Staffing, Outsourcing and Consulting. For a significant part of my career, I have worked as part of Strategy, Planning and Leadership teams within C suite office; managing/supporting in the areas of - Integrated Change Management and Enterprise/Business Transformation- Strategy (formulation, alignment and implementation)- Strategic Communications (Internal, External and Program)- Program delivery & governance- CoE creation & management- Development & management of capabilities (and specialised skills)- External network partner management.My strengths are in liaising among various disciplines, backgrounds, and levels within and outside of the organization and in \"translation\" to/from the business and leadership. My career originally grew within a Marketing career ladder (primarily product marketing management and market/brand development) with a focus on technology enabled growth and shifted to Strategy implementation & support, Integrated Change Management, and Program delivery within large organizations undergoing complex multi layered global transformations and external stakeholder/community management. This included restructuring, CoE creation, Technology upgradation and service enhancements, new market forays, product/service line launches, post acquisition/restructure integrations and capability development.I’ve gained a unique perspective by combining undergraduate work in Business Administration, a Masters in International Business, industry standard certifications in Change Leadership and Management from Cornell University and PROSCI, Agile & Scrum skills from Maryland Univ, and deep engagements with a wide cross section of business partners, suppliers, external stakeholders (including customer groups) and technical staff (engineers, product/project managers, etc.) This balanced view and understanding of varying, sometimes divergent opinions and thought processes has given me great opportunities to understand and respond to needs as they pertain to building toward a future desired state, developing a strategy to get there, and combining multiple views in order to achieve do-able, win-win solutions.I regularly update my skills to address organizational needs and have several industry leading certifications, some of which include Digital Transformation, Agile, Scrum and Lean Project Management, Strategy Formulation and Management.

   Following the COVID pandemic Shell underwent its largest organisational restructuring. I was responsible for change management of the Upstream IT portfolio globally and subsequently joined the EVP organisation for Technology and Innovation.My responsibilities and acheivements include- Development of IT/Digital skills in non IT technical staff (primarily engineers and scientists)- Develop and manage org-wide resources/templates (e.g. portfolio review decks, technology highlights, progress trackers, etc)- Establish and managing the communications channels- change management to enable and embed new ways of working- business performance management of key initiatives and sustaining support from key stakeholder groups with report outs to senior leadership- supporting Technology replication and org-wide deployment - Managing Strategic programmes by collaborating with Key business partners and stakeholder groups (e.g. innovation campaigns, awareness and addressal of Cyber risks via behavioral change interventions, business performance improvement, etc)
