The Teaching Pastor at The Boulevard (BLVD) Church in Holland, MI, serves in an associate pastoral capacity. Planted five years ago, BLVD is a multi-generational and multi-ethnic congregation of 450 members located in the heart of inner-city Holland, MI. Responsibilities include working with the Lead Pastor and Executive pastor on preaching efforts throughout the year, creating sermon series for the church, collaborating with the staff to ensure that the church is running effectively, serving as a Pastoral Care Elder to care for every member of the church, leading diversity and discipleship workshops within the congregation, and community engagement initiatives for the church to grow in its Christian social witness.
