Created an IT Strategy road-map along with a budget and timeline that was presented to the Board and unanimously approved. Over the next three years we completed all aspects of the original strategy. This included a full migration to an AWS VPC environment and the decommissioning of the existing physical data-center. Implementation of a new Monitoring and Alerting systems as well as the implementation of well established IT best practices. Reduced the overall IT spend, stabilized the IT infrastructure, won a multi-million dollar state grant to establish an enterprise wide Electronic Case Records System (Also an EMR system). Having fun, and helping to help the aging population in NYC:)
