Primarily engaged in supporting Northern America remote site’s Daily tasks consist of troubleshooting and documenting various network connectivity issues as reported by user, monitoring and optimizing network performance, scheduling and performing Software and hardware upgrade as needed as well as new site analysis, design and deployment. Secondary engagement includes working in various projects with infrastructure, security and management team as well as third party vendors to discuss and plan in bringing new technologies in to our infrastructure while maintaining network scalability and efficiency.
