I’m a Project Manager, analyst, and strategist who truly cares about business strategy and solutions. I dive deeply into the process— variables, metrics, and strategy —to help identify business solutions that make opportunities a reality. As I review and interpret data, I understand the underlying story of a product, process and, vision to what a business solution looks like. I’m a process-oriented person, but also a people person, and I can be counted on to use my skills in planning and analysis, program modeling, making technical information digestible to anyone and reporting to add measurable value to your company.In my current role as a delivery manager for Summit Utilities, I partner with leaders and product owners to develop and provide a product for any business solution that is proposed. I review current operating processes, provide meaningful analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.Previously, I served as a Service Delivery Manager for Bowdark Consulting, as well as a consultant for CenterPoint Energy’s Continuous Improvement Team This is where I supported the electric and corporate side of the company. I led strategic initiatives, that mapped out various value streams that reduced O&M, and increased capital expenditures, and provided accurate metrics for a process, through lean methodologies. I also effectively used and taught tools for continuous improvement and project management. Throughout my tenure with Summit—and in prior delivery manager positions with Bowdark & CenterPoint Energy—I have applied my understanding of and diligence with data to contribute to the success of my team, group, or organization.
