Drive territory planning with individual sales professionals to build a plan to achieve/exceed revenue quotas on a consistent basis. Elevate these plans to region level to drive overall achievement of revenue objectives.E. To provide input and challenge the strategy, undertake product gap analyses and deliver product improvements and enhancements to support the Sales targets for increased market share client retentionF. Supporting the delivery of key initiatives for Cross sales.G. Provide workflow solutions, various automation projects, API connectivity with clients and similar initiatives that have regional or global scope as well as supporting the move into an Agile delivery model.H. Developing a deep understanding of all the drivers for revenue and cost in order to help maintain a competitive productI. To provide input and challenge the strategy, undertake product gap analyses and deliver product improvements and enhancements to support the Sales targets for increased market share client retentionJ. Developing client facing marketing materials with an eye to wards strategic branding and working closely with the Foreign Exchange Client Management (FXCM) team to educate / cater to both internal and external clients as well as stakeholdersK. Develop product specifications and requirements for new products and partnerships to deliver the strategic product roadmap
