Contributed to writing proposals (Technical & financial); developing ToC, logical and M&E framework for various projects. Lead in conducting sample surveys for concurrent measurement and learning for ongoing programs/projects. Looked over operational aspects (like floating RfPs, raising PRs, selecting, and hiring survey agency) and prepare survey design documents, survey protocols (for IRB), assist in preparing survey tools/instruments and digitalizing & assist digitalizing them on CAPI, training of the field team, monitoring the field team to maintain and control the data quality. Data cleaning and analysis along with producing quality report and slide decks. Contributed to conducting workshop related to social norms and its measurement. Produced research manuscripts in the domain of social norms and family planning, routine immunization and adolescent aspiration for education and marriage.
