ABOUT KUMAR SHOBHIT

Hello, I am Kumar Shobhit. I started my career in sales and operations at Decathlon India soon after completing my engineering degree. Even though operations was not something I formally studied, stepping into the field felt natural and it quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed. At Decathlon, I learned what it means to lead teams, work with people from different functions, and solve problems in real time. Wanting to grow further, I moved to Krasny Defence Technologies, where I worked as an Operations and Procurement Analyst on ship repair projects for the Indian Navy and Coast Guard. This experience gave me a deeper look into how suppliers, costs, timelines, and day-to-day execution all fit together to keep a project moving.Over the past seven years, working across retail and defense has taught me that supply chain is not just about systems or processes it is about people, coordination, and making sure things arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there. I am driven by curiosity and continuous improvement, and I strive to bring clarity, efficiency, and a sense of purpose to every project I work on.
