About Shobhith Bhojaraj
After having graduated Centennial College, Canada, in Human Resources Management, I joined IBM India Pvt ltd, where my career as HR Business Partner has given me deeper insight into entire gamut of HR. Have been instrumental in delivering a great Employee Engagement Model that helped us remain best in class in terms of engagement scores. I have also been successfully able to build an engaged, inspired workforce in the business by effectively partnering with the business leaders. My previous experiences in the HR Delivery, spanning across all the functions of Human resources including payroll, payables, compensation & benefits, employee data management, HR communications and SAP HRMS has provided me with enough insight to evolve as a fine HR professional with a penchant for continuous improvement through prudent practices in Training & Development, Quality Auditing and tools, Policy related escalations handling, employee engagement to record levels resulted in being consistently promoted to positions of increased responsibility. Furthermore, I was entrusted the responsibility of being an SAP HRMS SME and being part of this program has enhanced my Human resources skills beyond one geography and it had me poised me provide my views, opinions and possible solution approach to HR tools and system standardization processes across 4 countries (India, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong).
