In my current role I have led strategic planning, advisory and consulting for Enterprise Architecture and Solution for moving an on-prem app to a SaaS solution. Also worked on the iPaaS strategy and consultancy using Snaplogic as an Integration layer for the connectivity. Engaged with the team members to perform the due diligence and discovery of the existing application and its environment and prepared a Business case for the Application and Services transformation from the as-is to the to-be state Enhanced the overall Enterprise Architectural Design by providing the solutions for integration for various layers and suggested patterns for the API traffic flows for inbound, outbound, SaaS to SaaS, Data patterns and iPaaS connectivity patterns Engaged with the team to provide assistance from an API Architecture to provide consultancy and advisory on the Snaplogic and its components for the integration and connectivity via CloudPlex and GroundPlex and other security and Architectural considerations. Engaged with various external teams, Third parties and stakeholders to plan the delivery and Delivery Assurance and a smooth Service Transition Ensured that we were able to generate revenue for the Business and Stakeholders by aligning the solution as per the Business Objectives and guidelines.
