Supervise, co-ordinate, assign and review the work of warehouse associates.• Communicates through various media with site personnel, essential information to ensure operations are meetingrequirement.• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficientoperations to meet goals.• Ensures that equipment is utilized in the most efficient manner.• Partners with other leaders to balance labor ensuring appropriate levels of staffing.• Makes recommendations to management on initiatives and programs to improve operations and works on thoseprograms.• Ensure smooth running of operations with a warehouse management system and SAP.• Ensure the accuracy of all documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.• Arrange training for staff and new associates and monitor and report on performance.• Resolve any work-related issues and discrepancies.
